Un programme politique de promotion de la santé: l'exemple de la Communauté française de Belgique

Conduire un programme politique en promotion de santé nécessite des outils qui guident les décideurs et les promoteurs de programmes. Il s'agit de textes qui tracent les orientations prioritaires, des repères qui permettent d'observer l'implantation du national au local, des critères qui fixent la qualité des programmes. Au-delà, comment apprécier l'intégration des stratégies de promotion de la santé dans les pratiques de terrain? C'est à cette question que sont confrontés les acteurs de la promotion de la santé de la Communauté française de Belgique. C'est dans une dynamique d'évaluation-action-recherche que les réponses sont cherchées. (Promot Educ 2008; Supp(1): 26-28)
